All items from Initially Yours are final sale due to the personalized, custom nature of our products. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
If there is a mistake to the personalization of your item on our end, please contact us as soon as you receive your item. We are happy to replace the item as soon as possible.
Please check your order upon arrival. In the rare event that an item is damaged from shipping, you must notify us within 7 business days from delivery date and we will be happy to resolve any issues. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage.

USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and insurance. USPS First Class includes tracking.
All production and shipping business days exclude holidays. Once the items leave our shop, it is up to the post office to deliver. We cannot control any rare, unforeseen shipping issues or delays. USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail are not "guaranteed" by the post office so we do not guarantee any delivery dates, all delivery dates are estimates.
Please note the high volume of packages shipped during holiday season may affect the delivery dates with the post office. Allow additional time before your need by date.
Customers are responsible for providing an USPS verified address that can/will accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (incorrect address, post office is unable to deliver, etc) we are not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to us. All shipments include a USPS tracking number. If an item is returned due to an undeliverable or wrong address and needs to be reshipped, we do not cover the additional postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring a reshipment. Please carefully review the shipping address at checkout prior to placing your order.
We only ship to the United States at this time.
We charge sales tax for any customers in Florida. Tax total is calculated and added during checkout.
Digital proofs are not provided prior to production. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you via email.
